Thirty-two thin-shell plaster vessels were precariously positioned atop a suspended fiber matrix, warped across four elevations. The perceived fragility of the vessels within this unstable housing produced a palpable sense of tension— what happens if something of value breaks? Why is it valuable at all?

Mounted at roughly head height, the matrix forced occupants to bend, tilt, and contort as they moved through the space. This imposed discomfort revealed a direct link between physical strain and emotional stability. As visitors spent more time navigating the installation, irritation became increasingly vocal.

Though each vessel invited close inspection, the gallery quickly became an intentional act of rebellion against it’s audience.
